Meet David Spiller
HONORABLE HONEST CONSERVATIVE
A lifelong resident of Jacksboro, David has served his community through his work on the Jacksboro ISD school board, serving as General Counsel to the Jack County hospital district, and Jacksboro City Attorney. David is the President of Spiller Title and Managing Partner at Spiller & Spiller law firm where he practices with his two sons, Mason and Reid. David and his wife Ginger have been married for 36 years and are members of First Baptist Church of Jacksboro.
DAVID'S PRIORITIES
Border Security
The federal government has failed to fulfill their constitutional obligation to secure the southern border. Since taking office, David has supported the passage of more than $8 billion to our border - the highest in Texas history.
Defending the Second Amendment
David strongly supports the U.S. Constitution including 100% support of our 2nd Amendment rights. During the 87th Legislature David co-authored the landmark constitutional carry legislation as well as supported measures to prevent federal overreach.
Vaccine Mandates
As a firm believer in the principles of limited government and individual liberty, David believes COVID-19 vaccines should be a voluntary decision made by individuals and families - not the government or employers.
Protecting Innocent Life
The sanctity of life is sacred. As a devout Christian, David will always protect and defend the unborn.
Protecting Rural Values
A long time community servant, David has helped expand regional medical care, build new rural schools, and construct a reservoir to provide a lasting source of drinking water to his community.
